Activist and Strategist Releases A Strategy for America in Response to Project 2025

In a nation built on the promise of democracy and freedom, we find ourselves at a precipice. As we confront the looming threat of Project 2025, the need for a clear, actionable plan has never been more urgent. As an activist and strategist, it grieves me deeply that such measures are necessary, but the time has come for us to be actively engaged in determining the direction we move as a collective.

Project 2025 represents an imminent threat to our democratic values and freedoms. Its aims are clear: to consolidate power, erode civil liberties, and prioritize the interests of the wealthy over the welfare of the many. In response, I have developed a comprehensive Strategy for America, an alternative route that not only seeks to counteract these threats but also envisions a future rooted in justice, equity, and sustainable progress.

Though my personal preference would be to see entirely new candidates take the stage, the constraints of time do not permit such a luxury. We must act now, leveraging the threat of Project 2025 to demand substantial commitments from those seeking our support to defeat Trump and his dangerous agenda. This strategy is not just about winning an election; it’s about laying the groundwork for lasting change that transcends electoral cycles.

We must acknowledge that the threats Project 2025 presents have already become a reality for many. Systemic inequities, judicial overreach, and the erosion of our democratic institutions have long plagued us. For too many of us, the strategy we were given has been ineffective, offering mere band-aids to wounds that need thorough healing and transformation. It’s time to demand more.

Here are our core demands:

1. Immediate Action to Reclaim Democracy:

• President Joe Biden must retire. Kamala Harris should step up as the lead candidate, guided by a strategy developed by marginalized community leaders and social change facilitators. Her running mate must be vetted and approved by the people.

• Call for the recall and investigation of Supreme Court justices who have participated in insurrection. The highest court must be held accountable to restore public trust and integrity.

2. Economic and Social Reform:

• Overhaul the economic system by integrating cryptocurrencies, managing natural resources for the common good, and dismantling the unjust credit system.

• Guarantee healthcare and housing for all. Invest heavily in mental health resources and support alternative care.

3. Empower Local Communities:

• Amplify and invest in community-based organizations like BEAM, which provide healing tools and spaces for those impacted by systemic violence and neglect.

• Form task forces and coalitions of local organizations with aligned missions, providing them with necessary funds and support.

4. Reverse Historical Miseducation:

• Launch a nationwide campaign to combat historical disinformation and promote a unified and loving humanity.

• Corporations and individuals with vast wealth must lead in contributing to these efforts.

5. Housing and Resource Equity:

• Repurpose abandoned properties to house the homeless. Cultivate services and support, ensuring no one is left without shelter or resources.

• Create a model for the world by ensuring housing and resource equity for all.

6. Reimagine Education:

• Reimagine the educational system to foster creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. Ensure educators are well-compensated and supported.

This strategy is the culmination of voices, dreams, and tireless efforts of those who have come before us and those who stand with us now. It is a clarion call to all who believe in justice, equity, and the preservation of democracy.

But let’s be clear: while our primary goal is the preservation of democracy, we also have a plan B. If our demands are not met, we have a strategy to opt out completely, to dissolve our allegiance and redistribute resources. Our choice shouldn’t be made by our trauma but by the best option for our trajectory.

We invite activists, leaders, and community members to add their voices, refine this strategy with us, and demand that democratic leadership submit to our demands. We must preserve this democracy, but we won’t do it blindly. This 50-page strategy is just the beginning of a broader conversation that needs to be had. This is our collective time to birth solutions, resist, demand, and galvanize power for a just and equitable future.

Join us in this pivotal moment. Together, let’s ensure that our nation’s future is not defined by fear and regression but by bold, visionary action that truly serves the people.
